Corporate & Legal Compliance

- Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): Luxury Phinisi operates under the legal entity of PT Juara Holding Indonesia, which holds a valid, up-to-date Tourism Business License issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism (Kemenparekraf).
- Tax Compliance (NPWP): We are a registered Indonesian taxpayer with a valid NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), contributing to the national economy.
- Labor Law Compliance (BPJS): All our employees, both on-shore and on our vessels, are provided with comprehensive health and employment insurance through the national BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs.
Maritime Safety & Vessel Certification

- Port Clearance (Surat Persetujuan Berlayar – SPB): Before every single voyage, without exception, our vessels obtain a Port Clearance permit from the local Harbor Master (Syahbandar). This certifies that the vessel is seaworthy, properly manned, and has met all safety requirements for the intended journey.
- SOLAS-Standard Equipment: All our luxury phinisi yachts are equipped with Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) compliant gear, including satellite phones (Sat-Com), Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB), GPS navigation, radar, and fully serviced life rafts and life jackets.
- Certified Crew: Our captains and key officers hold internationally recognized maritime certifications (e.g., ANT, ATT). All crew members are required to complete Basic Safety Training (BST), including firefighting and first aid, as a minimum requirement.
- Regular Maintenance & Dry-Docking: Every vessel undergoes a rigorous maintenance schedule and an annual dry-docking for a comprehensive inspection of the hull, engine, and all critical systems.

- 24/7 On-Shore Support: Our Jakarta-based operations center is on standby 24/7 to provide support to our vessels and guests, no matter their location.
- Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed EAP for all cruising areas, with established protocols for medical emergencies, guest evacuation, and coordination with local authorities and medical facilities like Siloam Hospitals in Labuan Bajo.
- IATA-Accredited Logistics: As part of Juara Holding Group, our travel logistics are managed to IATA standards, ensuring reliable and secure flight and transfer arrangements.
