- International flights to Bali, Sorong, or Labuan Bajo

- Crew gratuities (industry standard: 10% of charter rate, paid in cash or wire at end of charter)
- Personal travel insurance (we strongly recommend trip cancellation coverage)
Payment Terms
50% deposit due on charter agreement signature (locks the dates).
50% balance due 30 days before departure.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund 90+ days out (minus $500 admin fee), 50% refund 60–89 days, no refund within 60 days. Date-change credit valid 12 months often available instead of cancellation.
