Days 1–2: Sorong & the Dampier Strait
Day 1

Day 2

Mornings here mean current-swept reefs stacked with sweetlips, jacks, and reef sharks; from October onward, Blue Magic becomes a reliable station for oceanic manta rays. In the afternoon the tender runs you to Arborek, a village of around 200 people whose jetty pilings host some of the easiest, richest snorkeling in the park. Day 3
The Fam Islands and the Piaynemo viewpoint
A short morning sail brings you to the Fam group. The climb to the Piaynemo platform — roughly 320 wooden steps — ends at the view printed on the 100,000-rupiah note: cone karst islets scattered across turquoise shallows. Below the surface, Melissa's Garden is a hard-coral plateau in near-perfect condition. The afternoon is built for the yacht's toys: kayaks and paddleboards through the hidden lagoon locals call Bintang, its star-shaped outline visible only from the ridge above. Day 4
Wayag, the postcard of the north

Boo Windows offers the region's most famous swim-through, and Shadow Reef layers soft corals in densities that stun even guests arriving from the Caribbean or the Red Sea.
