All prices in USD per night, full boat. Per-person rate drops dramatically as group size grows. A premium phinisi for 10 guests at $7,000/night = $700/guest/night including everything but alcohol and park fees.
50% deposit due on charter agreement signature (locks the dates).
50% balance due 30 days before departure.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund 90+ days out (minus $500 admin fee), 50% refund 60–89 days, no refund within 60 days. Date-change credit valid 12 months often available instead of cancellation.

Charters of 10+ nights or repeat clients (booking a second charter within 24 months) receive 5–10% off published rates. Multi-charter bookings (back-to-back charters or charters across two separate dates) receive priority booking access for peak season dates.
